How is my final bill worked out?
Your final bill is the flat base price plus only the extras you use. Each size includes 7 days and a set weight: 2 tons for a 10-yard up to 4 tons for a 30-yard. Weight over that is $75 per ton, charged by the exact pound from the certified landfill scale ticket we attach to your invoice.
Here is how the example works. The ticket shows 3.40 tons net. That is 0.40 tons over the 3 included tons. 0.40 × $75 = $30.00.
Other charges happen only if they apply: $25 for each day past 7, $50 per mattress, tire or Freon appliance, and a $125 trip fee if the driver cannot reach the dumpster.

Where will the dumpster go?
Most renters put the dumpster on the driveway. Our drivers set wooden boards under the steel rollers and rails so the dumpster does not crack or scratch concrete or asphalt. The truck typically needs about 60 feet of straight approach and about 23 feet of overhead clearance from wires and branches.
- You don't need to be home. Clear the spot, and the driver texts or calls 20–30 minutes before arrival.
- Keep the spot free of parked cars and open the gate. If the driver can't drop or pick up, a $125 trip fee applies.
- Keep it off septic lids, sprinkler heads, soft lawn and new concrete.
- Putting it on the street usually needs a city right-of-way permit. Check with your city before booking a street spot.
In Beaumont: city code §22.05.105 does not allow private haulers' dumpsters on any street or right-of-way, so they go on your driveway or property. Beaumont dumpster rules.
What can't go in the dumpster?
Hazardous chemicals, wet paint and batteries cannot go in any of our dumpsters. Mattresses, tires and appliances that contain Freon can go in for $50 per item, because the landfill processes them separately. Everything else from a normal cleanout, remodel or roof job is fine.

How much does it cost to rent a dumpster in Beaumont?

The landfill weighs the truck full and empty. We attach a copy of that certified scale ticket to your final invoice, so you see the same printout we do.
When will I get my final bill?
The final invoice arrives by email 3 to 5 business days after pickup, once the landfill processes the disposal record. It includes any overage or extra days.
Will a dumpster damage my driveway?
Our drivers put wooden boards under the dumpster's steel rollers and rails before setting it down. The boards spread the weight and keep the steel off your concrete or asphalt.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
You don't need to be there. Clear the spot, unlock any gate and leave cars out of the way. The driver texts or calls 20–30 minutes before arriving to confirm where you want it.
Can I get a dumpster today?
Same-day delivery depends on whether a truck is open that day, and it carries a $50 rush fee. Call as early as you can. Orders placed by 3 PM are guaranteed next-day delivery.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Every rental includes 7 days. Each extra day is $25. If it fills up before the job is done, we swap it for an empty one; a swap is billed as a new rental.
