Use a 30-yard dumpster for framing, additions and new builds, and a 20-yard for remodels with mixed debris. Concrete, block and brick go in a separate 10 or 15-yard, filled halfway. Mixed construction debris averages 417 pounds per cubic yard, so watch the weight on a 30-yard.

How do swaps work on a job site?
A swap means our driver pulls the full dumpster and drops an empty one in the same trip. Each swap is billed as a new flat-rate rental with its own 7 days and included tons. Call when the dumpster is close to full, and keep the access path clear of trucks and material.
The driver calls 20–30 minutes before arriving. If the dumpster is blocked by vehicles, material or a locked gate and the driver can't swap it, a $125 trip fee applies.
Keep the load level with the rim. Texas DOT rules don't allow overloaded bins on the highway.
What safety and disposal rules apply on a job site?
Under OSHA 29 CFR 1926.252(a), an enclosed chute is required when debris is dropped more than 20 feet outside a building's exterior walls. Before demolition or major renovation of commercial or public buildings, the EPA asbestos NESHAP, 40 CFR 61.145 requires an asbestos inspection and, above set amounts, advance notice.
- Concrete, dirt, brick and sand: 10 or 15-yard only, filled no more than halfway.
- No hazardous chemicals, wet paint, batteries, or containers with liquid in them.
- Pre-1978 housing: follow the EPA Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (40 CFR 745 Subpart E).

Where can a construction dumpster go on site?
Put the construction dumpster on firm, level ground close to where debris comes out. Packed base, gravel or a driveway works. Soft or wet soil does not: a loaded truck and dumpster can sink after rain. The truck typically needs about 60 feet of straight approach and 23 feet of overhead clearance.
What does a construction dumpster rental cost?
Your 30-yard dumpster price includes delivery, pickup, 7 days and 4 tons. Weight over 4 tons costs $75 per ton, charged by the exact pound, not rounded up. A copy of the certified landfill scale ticket comes with your final invoice, emailed 3 to 5 business days after pickup.
Here is how the example works. The ticket shows 4.50 tons net. That is 0.50 tons over the 4 included tons. 0.50 × $75 = $37.50.
Other charges happen only if they apply: $25 for each day past 7, $50 per mattress, tire or Freon appliance, and a $125 trip fee if the driver cannot reach the dumpster.

Construction dumpster questions
Can I get a dumpster on a new-construction lot with no driveway?
Placement on packed base or gravel works. Raw dirt after a Southeast Texas rain usually does not. Tell us the ground conditions when you book.
How fast can you swap a full dumpster?
Swaps run in our 7 AM to 5 PM delivery window. Call early in the day; next-day is guaranteed when you book by 3 PM.
Can concrete and framing waste go in one dumpster?
Not in a 20 or 30-yard. Concrete, brick, dirt and sand go only in a 10 or 15-yard, filled halfway. Keeping concrete separate also qualifies it for clean-load pricing.
Do you haul with your own trucks?
We run our own roll-off trucks and drivers from our Beaumont yard. We don't hand your job to another hauler.
What happens if the dumpster is overfilled?
Debris must stay level with the top rim. If it is above the rim, a $125 trip fee applies and the excess has to come out before we can haul it.
